The Waterloo Police Department reports, on January 23rd, 2021 officers arrested Shanna Mctigue, age 33, of Geneva, NY. Mctigue was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree, Operating out of Ignition Interlock restrictions, Unlicensed Operator and Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Portable Electronic Device. The charges stem from a traffic stop where it is alleged that Mctigue was using her cellphone while driving and found to have a Revoked NYS Driver ID only and an Ignition Interlock restriction she was in violation of. Mctigue was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on February 17th, 2021 at 5pm.
