Arrest Blotter 7/9/24 – 7/17/24

The Waterloo Police Department reports on July 9th, 2024 at approximately 11:30pm, Makayla Price, 24, of Geneva, NY was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree and operating a motor vehicle while the registration was suspended. The arrest stems from a traffic stop where it is alleged that Price was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and the vehicle registration was suspended. Price is to appear in the Waterloo Town Court at a later date.

The Waterloo Police Department reports, on July 14, 2024 at about 5:09pm officers arrested BobbiJo VanHouten, age 44, of Waterloo, NY. VanHouten was charged with Petit Larceny following a traffic stop by the New York State Police and an investigation where it was alleged that she stole property. VanHouten was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court on August 7, 2024 at 5pm.
Waterloo Police Department was assisted by the New York State Police and the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.

The Waterloo Police Department reports, on July 15th, 2024 at 8:46am, officers arrested Rahmya N. Harris, age 20, of Rochester, NY. Harris was taken into custody on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear in Court on the original charges of Possession of a Forged Instrument 3rd and Petit Larceny. Harris was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await centralized arraignment court.

The Waterloo Police Department reports, on July 15th, 2024 at 10:32am, officers arrested Aden L. Blevins, age 36, of Clyde, NY. Blevins was taken into custody on a warrant for Violation of Probation out of Wayne County after a suspicious person complaint in the Village of Waterloo. Blevins was turned over to the custody of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.

The Waterloo Police Department reports, on July 17th, 2024 at about 3:35pm, officers arrested Tifini R. Mills, age 47, of Seneca Falls, NY. Mills had an active arrest warrant out of the Town of Waterloo Court for Burlgary 3rd degree, and was located by the New York State Police. Mills was taken into custody by the Waterloo Police Department and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await Centralized Arraignment Court.
