June 3rd, 2026 and June 16th, 2026, Lamyjah A. Fowler, 20, of Geneva NY, Robyn T. Ortiz, 19, of Geneva NY, Layla A. Estrada, 21, of Geneva NY, and Ayana S. Hall, 22, of Sodus NY, were arrested for Attempted Gang Assault in the 2nd Degree, Menacing in the 3rd Degree, Conspiracy in the 5th Degree, and Disorderly Conduct. Additionally, Fowler was arrested for Stalking in the 3rd Degree. The arrest stems from an incident occurring on June 2nd, 2026, where it is alleged that all suspects waited outside the victim’s workplace, and when the victim left, approached her in the parking lot of the business, and engaged in a physical fight. All involved struck the victim in the head multiple times, attempting to cause injuries. All suspects were transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment and released. Orders of protection were requested on the victim’s behalf. The Waterloo Police Department was assisted by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office and the City of Geneva Police Department.
June 9th, 2026, at about 10:50 AM officers arrested Michael Gilpin age 29, of Lyons N.Y. for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree. The arrest stems from an investigation into a stolen vehicle where it was reported that Gilpin took the victims’ vehicle without permission. The vehicle was located after it was abandoned in the Town of Junius. Gilpin was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date. The Waterloo Police were assisted by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
June 14th, 2026, at approximately 12:03 am, officers arrested Robert W. Lund, age 56, of Northport, NY, for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a BAC of 0.08% or greater, and aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree. The arrest stems from a traffic stop in which it is alleged that Lund failed to dim his high beams for oncoming traffic. Roadside investigation revealed Lund was operating the vehicle in an intoxicated state, and also that he had a suspended driver’s license. Further investigation revealed that Lund had a 0.12% BAC. Lund was issued UTTs and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Fayette Court at a later date.
June 11th, 2026, at approximately 1:01 AM, officers arrested Justin M. Gardner, 35, of Waterloo, NY, for Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree and Harassment in the 1st degree. The arrest stems from incidents occurring on June 9th, 2026, and June 10th, 2026, where it is alleged that during several domestic disputes, Gardner damaged property belonging to the victim and engaged in a course of conduct of harassing behavior, causing the victim to fear for their safety. Gardner was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
June 16th, 2026, at approximately 5:30 PM, a 17-year-old juvenile from Geneva, whose name is being withheld due to age, was arrested for Stalking in the 4th Degree and Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree. The arrest stems from an incident occurring on June 16th, 2026, where it is alleged that the Juvenile called the victim over 350 times in the span of 1 day. The victim told the juvenile to stop, but the juvenile continued, causing the victim material harm to their mental and emotional health. The juvenile also drove by the victim’s house, contacted several members of the victim’s family, and had third parties contact the victim. The juvenile was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear at the Seneca County Probation at a later date.
