The Waterloo Police Department reports, on August 12, 2021 at about 11:55pm, officers arrested Daniel J. Everett, age 30, of Waterloo, NY. Everett was arrested on a Bench Warrant that was issued for failure to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on previous charges. Everett was also charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th after being found to have a quantity of anabolic steroids in his possession during the bench warrant arrest. Everett was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await Central Arraignment Court.
