Arrest – Criminal Mischief 2nd, Reckless Endangerment, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd

The Waterloo Police Department reports, on November 10th, 2021 at about 10:04am officers arrested Ford J. Petrie, age 21, of Seneca Falls, NY. Petrie was charged with two counts of Harassment in the Second Degree, three counts of Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree, Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The charges stem from a call for a dispute where it is alleged that Petrie and another individual engaged in a physical altercation with another individual using a baseball bat, struck a juvenile with the baseball bat, and subsequently used a vehicle to cause damage to another vehicle putting the safety of bystanders at risk. Petrie was secured in the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await central arraignment.

The Waterloo Police Department was assisted by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office and the New York State Police.
