The Waterloo Police Department reports, on September 16th, 2021 at about 6:40am, officers arrested Michael J. Tobin Jr, age 29, of Waterloo, NY. Tobin was charged with Criminal Tampering in the 3rd Degree. The charge stems from an incident where Tobin knowingly tampered with a victim’s property. Tobin was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on October 6th, 2021 at 5:00pm.
