The Waterloo Police Department reports, on April 7th, 2021 officers arrested Shanique E. Carlton, age 30, of 41 Church St Waterloo, NY. Carlton was charged with Harassment 2nd, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest. The charges stem from an incident where it is alleged that Carlton 2 struck females while on West Wright Ave in the Village of Waterloo, then resisted arrest while being taken into custody by officers. Carlton was secured in the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await central arraignment.
