On July 19th, 2026, officers arrested Felica A. Keyser, age 36, of Waterloo. Keyser was charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree after sending death threats to a family member following a dispute. She is currently held at the Seneca County Correctional Facility awaiting central arraignment.
On July 19th, 2026, at approximately 4:50 pm, a juvenile, age 15, whose name is being withheld due to age, was arrested for Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd degree. The arrest stems from an incident where it is alleged that the juvenile sent the victim a video, threatening physical harm to them and all of their family members. The juvenile was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear to Seneca County Probation at a later date.
On July 22nd, 2026, officers arrested Shakiah T. Walker, age 26, of Waterloo, NY. Walker was arrested on a Bench Warrant for Failure to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court and charged with Bail Jumping in the Third Degree for failing to appear within thirty days of the court date. Walker was secured in the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await central arraignment.
On July 24th, 2026 at approximately 11:35 pm, Francisco Feria Camacho, age 54, of Seneca Falls, NY was arrested for driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a BAC of 0.18% or greater. The arrest stems from an incident occurring on July 24th, 2026, where it is alleged Camacho was observed by officers slowly rolling through a gas station parking lot while asleep behind the wheel. Upon investigation, it was determined that Camacho was intoxicated and had a BAC of 0.21%. Camacho was issued UTT’s for the charges and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court at a later date.
