On July 22nd, 2026, officers arrested Shakiah T. Walker, age 26, of Waterloo, NY. Walker was arrested on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear in the Town of Waterloo Court and charged with Bail Jumping in the Third Degree for failing to appear within thirty days of the court date. Walker was secured in the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await central arraignment.
On July 24th, 2026, at approximately 11:35 pm, Francisco Feria Camacho, age 54, of Seneca Falls, NY, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a BAC of 0.18% or greater. The arrest stems from an incident occurring on July 24th, 2026, where it is alleged Camacho was observed by officers slowly rolling on the shoulder of the roadway with the brakes applied, and was observed to be asleep behind the wheel. Upon investigation, it was determined that Camacho was intoxicated and had a BAC of 0.21%. Camacho was issued UTT’s for the charges and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court at a later date.
On August 1, 2026, at about 2:37 pm, officers arrested Michael A. Cotto Jr., age 38, of Waterloo, NY. Cotto was charged with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree following a domestic incident where it was alleged that he damaged property belonging to another person. Cotto was secured in the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await central arraignment, and an order of protection was requested for the victim.
