On August 4th, 2018 at 9:56pm, the Waterloo Police Department arrested Michaela E. Buck, age 19, of 209 W Williams St https://norsk-apotek.com/. Buck was charged with Harassment in the second degree and resisting arrest following a report that Buck struck another Village of Waterloo resident. It is alleged that Buck then failed to comply with officers orders and resisted arrest when they attempted to take her into custody. Buck was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and released, and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on 9-5-18 at 5:00pm.
On July 31st, 2018 at about 4:43pm, the Waterloo Police Department responded to a car vs. bicycle personal injury motor vehicle accident erektile-apotheke.de. After investigation, it was found that a 13 year old on a bicycle turned off of Swift St, onto East Main St, into the path of a vehicle traveling west on East Main St. The juvenile was ejected from the bicycle and sustained a head injury. North Seneca Ambulance responded and treated the juvenile at the scene, and later turned him over to LifeNet who transported him to Strong Memorial Hospital. The Waterloo Police Department was assisted at the scene by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office and Waterloo Fire Dept.
The Waterloo Police Department reports, on June 24th, 2018 at 2:54am officers arrested Tyler E. McCann, age 22, of 36 Seneca Rd Seneca Falls, NY https://espanolfarmacia.net. McCann was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with .08% BAC or higher, and speed in zone. The charges stem from a traffic stop on North Road where it is alleged that McCann was speeding, and was subsequently arrested for DWI. McCann was issued traffic tickets and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on 7-18-18 at 5:00pm.
The Waterloo Police Department reports, on June 21st, 2018 at about 7:00pm, officers arrested Heather N. Walsh, age 26, of 41 Church St A5 Waterloo, NY apothekefurmanner.de. Walsh was charged with Harassment in the second degree. The charge stems from an incident where it is alleged that Walsh struck another Village of Waterloo resident on June 19th. Walsh was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on June 27th.
The Waterloo Police Department reports that on June 20th, 2018 at about 8:00pm, officers arrested Eugene C. Libbett, of 512 Flint St Rochester, NY. Libbett was an occupant of a vehicle on a traffic stop, and was found to have a bench warrant out of the City of Rochester for a previous Criminal Contempt charge. Libbett was taken into custody and turned over to the Rochester Police Department svensktapotek.net.
On Saturday, May 26th, 2018 at about 12:26 AM, the Waterloo Police Department and the Waterloo Fire Department responded to Elizabeth Crossing, 41 Church Street, apartment C-3, Waterloo, NY, 13165, for a report of a water flow alarm activation. After Police arrived, it was determined there was an active kitchen stove fire that was put out by a friend of the tenant who was at the apartment babysitting. The fire was a result of grease igniting in a frying pan on the stove while the babysitter was cooking. The children were evacuated from the apartment before the fire spread erektile-apotheke.de.
Waterloo Police Department and the Waterloo Fire Department were also assisted by American Red Cross and Finger Lakes Ambulance.
There were no injuries and the apartment was condemned due to the damage caused by water from a sprinkler head in the kitchen and the fire.
The Waterloo Police Department reports that on May 13th, 2018 officers arrested Joanne E. Cestare (age 54) of 2 Fall St # 10 Seneca Falls, NY. Cestare was taken into custody on a Bench Warrant for failure to appear, issued out of the Village of Waterloo Court. Cestare was arraigned and released, and is to appear back in the Village of Waterloo Court on 6-6-18 at 5:00pm oesterreichischeapotheke.com.
The Waterloo Police Department reports, on May 9th, 2018 officers arrested Justin D. Warner (age 28) of 41 Church St Waterloo, NY. Warner was charged with Criminal Mischief and Criminal Contempt. It is alleged that Warner intentionally damaged property belonging to another Village of Waterloo resident, while there was an active order of protection in place. Warner was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500 cash/ $1,000 bond bail. Warner is to appear back in the Village of Waterloo Court on a later date.
On May 8th, 2018 at about 11:50 PM, the Waterloo Police Department arrested Lori L. Hummer (age 52) of 1349 Old State Road, Waterloo, NY 13165 for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and petit larceny. Following an investigation into a report of stolen medication in a local Nursing Home, Hummer was arrested when she was found in possession of two Percocet pills prescribed to a patient at the facility saudemasculina.pt. Hummer was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo at a later date to answer to the charges.
