Waterloo Police Department reports, on September 29th, 2020 officers arrested Raul A. Guallpa-Tenezaca, age 40, of 41 N. Walnut St, Waterloo. Guallpa-Tenezaca was taken into custody on charges of Criminal Mischief 4th and Criminal Contempt 2nd. Guallpa-Tenezaca is accused of breaking numerous items during a domestic dispute, and violating terms of an order of protection francepharmacie.fr. Guallpa-Tenezaca was secured in the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await Central Arraignment Court.
