Identity theft, Petit larceny, Trespass arrest

The Waterloo Police Department reports on September 13th, 2020 at 10:35 AM Kyle E Tohafjian, 25, of Clyde NY was arrested on multiple arrest warrants. The arrest stems from multiple incidents occurring in September of 2019. In the first incident it is alleged Tohafjian stole a debit card and withdrew money on multiple occasions from an ATM at a local business without the owner’s consent. Tohafjian was charged with Criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, Petit larceny, and two counts of Identify theft in the third degree.

Tohafjian was charged with Criminal trespass in the second degree, and Criminal mischief in the fourth degree. Tohafjian was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment.
