The Waterloo Police Department reports, on May 23rd, 2022 at about 12:00pm officers arrested Shelby Oakes, age 33, of Nedrow NY. Oakes was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree and Speed in Zone. The charges stem from a traffic stop for speeding where Oakes was determined to have a suspended driver’s license. Oakes was released with Uniform Traffic Tickets and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on June 15th, 2022 at 5:00pm.
