The Waterloo Police Department reports, on July 7th, 2022 at approximately 5:00 pm, officers arrested Kevin J. Larrabee, age 39, of Fulton, NY. Larrabee was charged with Auto Stripping in the 3rd degree, Grand Larceny in the 4th degree, and Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree following an incident where Larrabee was cutting a catalytic converter from another person’s vehicle. Larrabee was secured in the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await central arraignment.
