The Waterloo Police Department reports, on February 21st, 2022 at 6:42 pm officers arrested Kevin M. Arndt, age 28, of Seneca Falls, NY. Arndt was taken into custody on an arrest warrant for failure to appear for a surcharge. Arndt was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to wait for County Court to be in session. The Waterloo Police Department was assisted by the Seneca Falls Police Department with the arrest.
