The Waterloo Police Department reports, on January 2nd, 2022 at about 9:29pm officers arrested Adam P. Anderson, Age 35, of Seneca Falls, NY. Anderson was charged with Criminal Mischief 4th degree, Criminal Trespass 2nd degree and Harassment 2nd degree following a domestic incident. It is alleged that Anderson refused to leave a Village of Waterloo residents home after being asked to, took the individuals phone to prevent them from contacting the police, and subjected the individual to unwanted physical contact. Anderson was secured at the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await central arraignment court. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
