The Waterloo Police Department reports, on June 24th, 2022 at about 6:41pm officers arrested Victoria B. Farina, age 51, of Fuquay Varina, NC for Criminal Possession of a Firearm. The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on June 13th, 2022 where it is alleged that Farina possessed two pistols and did not have an active pistol permit in the State of New York. Farina was released with an appearance ticket and is to appear in Waterloo Village Court on July 20th, 2022 at 5:00pm.
