The Village of Waterloo Police Department reports, on November 30, 2020, officers arrested Adam R. Porter, 32, of 328 E Main Street, Waterloo, NY 13165 for Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The Charges stem from a medical emergency where a minor child was found to be unresponsive from an unknown problem. Investigation determined that the minor had mistakenly ingested edible Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) which was left unsecured in the residence. Porter was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on December 16, 2020 at 5pm. The Waterloo Police Department was assisted by Seneca County Child Protective Services during the investigation.
