The Waterloo Police Department reports, on December 15th, 2021 at 5:00pm officers arrested Crystal D. Arteaga, age 48, of Geneva, NY. Arteaga was charged with Petit Larceny, Forgery in the 2nd Degree and Conspiracy in the 5th Degree. The charges stem from an incident where Arteaga fraudulently signed a check so that the check could be cashed. Arteaga was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on January 5th, 2022 at 5:00pm.
