The Waterloo Police Department reports on December 22nd, 2021 at approximately 6:17 PM Tyler J. Parshall, age 30, of Waterloo was arrested for Harassment in the second degree. The arrest stems from an incident where it is alleged Parshall had unwanted physical contact with another village resident. Parshall was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court at a later date.
