The Waterloo Police Department reports on December 7th, 2020 at 2:30 PM Jerry J Robinson, 36, of Waterloo was arrested for Harassment in the second degree. The arrest stems from an incident occurring on December 6th where it is alleged Robinson threatened physical contact against another individual. Robinson was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court at a later date.
