The Waterloo Police Department reports, on March 20, 2022 at about 4:55am officers arrested Stephanie A. Wickman, age 30, of Phelps, NY. Wickman was charged with Harassment in the Second Degree following an incident in a Village of Waterloo business where it is alleged that Wickman struck another individual. Wickman was secured in the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await central arraignment due to an order of protection request from the victim.
