On June 25th, 2020 the Waterloo Police Department arrested Jessica G. Campbell, age 37, of 104 E Main St. Campbell was charged with Endangering The Welfare Of a Child and Harassment 2nd. The charges stem from a complaint that Campbell allegedly had pinned down a minor restricting her movement.
