Felony Criminal Mischief Arrests

On July 13th, 2020 at about 11:53pm the Waterloo Police Department responded to the report of the sound of a tractor and property being damaged coming from a barn in the Village of Waterloo. Upon investigation, it was found that 4 individuals had entered the barn unlawfully and drove a tractor inside of the barn striking a vehicle several times causing extensive damage. Officers identified three suspects at the scene and later identified a fourth that had fled when police arrived. Arrested were Aldomond Whitfield, age 19, of 10 W River St Waterloo, NY, and 3 juveniles who’s names are not being released due to their age http://rxcare.net. The suspects were charged with Criminal Mischief in the second degree (D Felony) and Criminal Trespass in the third degree (A misdemeanor), issued appearance tickets and released.
