Felony DWI Following MVA

On May 22nd, 2020 at approximately 8:45PM the Village of Waterloo Police Department arrested Brandon T. Morehouse, 22, of Waterloo, NY.  The arrest stems from a property damage accident where Morehouse struck a telephone pole on Swift St in the Village of Waterloo.  During the investigation it was determined that Morehouse was intoxicated while operating the motor vehicle and that the motor vehicle had improper plates.  Morehouse had a prior DWI charge and was subsequently arrested for Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Driving with .08 of 1% or more, Operating out of Ignition Interlock Restriction, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Operating Without Insurance, Uninspected Motor Vehicle, Improper Plates, Operating in Violation of a Conditional License, Failure to Keep Right and Speed Not Reasonable and Prudent.  He was issued an appearance tickets to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on a later date.
