On May 5th, 2020 the Waterloo Police Department arrested Brianna L. Williams, age 26, of Savannah, NY on a warrant for Kidnapping 2nd degree. Williams is accused of forcefully moving a female to the upstairs of an E. Main St residence on April 29th, where she began to tie the victim up and threatened her safety, all while trying to hide herself and the victim from being located by the Waterloo Police Department, who were actively searching for Williams on a separate matter. At the time of her arrest, Williams was found hiding inside of a clothes dryer at the same residence of the original incident.
