Motorcycle Struck by Vehicle on East Main St

On August 25th, 2019 at about 3:15pm the Waterloo Police Department Investigated a car vs. motorcycle personal injury motor vehicle accident. Randall Soeder, age 58, of Syracuse, NY was traveling East on East Main St in the Village of Waterloo, operating a 2001 Suzuki motorcycle. David Snider, age 53, of Spencerport , NY, was operating a 2015 BMW 335, and pulled out of a parking space on East Main St into the path of Soeder’s motorcycle, and struck the motorcycle as it was passing by. Randall Soeder and his passenger, Laura Soeder, were then ejected from the motorcycle. North Seneca Ambulance transported both motorcycle occupants to Geneva General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Snider was issued a citation for failure to yield right of way offizielle website. The Waterloo Police Department was assisted at the scene by the Waterloo Fire Department, Seneca County Sheriff’s Office and New York State Police.
