NY PAUSE Update

The Waterloo Police Department will continue to follow NY PAUSE which was extended to May 15, 2020 by Governor Cuomo.  Our lobby will remain closed during this time.  Anyone looking to speak to an officer, or obtain copies of paperwork, can use the call box directly outside of our front door for assistance.

In order to maintain the safety of our community and our officers, the Waterloo Police Department will still be handling non-emergency complaints by phone.  If you do need to see an officer in person, please meet them outside and maintain a distance of at least 6 feet to keep everyone safe.  If you are experiencing any COVID 19 symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath), please let the 911 Dispatcher, or the Officer you are speaking with, know as soon as possible.

Finally, we would like to thank the many organizations that have recently shown their generosity to our officers.  Domino’s Pizza donated pizzas, Ciccino’s issued gift cards to every officer in the department, and Dollar General donated food hyödyllisiä lähteitä.  Jose R. Caraballo and his wife, Alma, made masks for our officers to wear while on duty.  Thank you all for the support, we truly appreciate it.
