On 10/28/19 at approximately 12:45pm, the Village of Waterloo Police Department responded to Carlton Rd for the vehicle that drove through a garage and continued driving. The vehicle travelled a short distance and was later stopped on Stewart St. It was determined that Justin P Voorhees, of Waterloo, was the driver of the vehicle. After several tests it was determined that neither drugs nor alcohol were a factor in the accident. Voorhees was issued tickets for moving from lane unsafely, reckless driving, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on 11/20/19. Waterloo Police Department was assisted by the Waterloo Fire Department, Seneca County Sheriff’s Office and New York State Police.
