On 5/2/18 at 4:09 PM members of the Village of Waterloo Police Department responded to West Main St in the area of the Waterloo Village Court for the report of a car vs. bicyclist personal injury accident. Through an investigation it was determined Mary Thomas, 44, of Seneca Falls was traveling eastbound on West Main St. Thomas then attempted to pull into the parking lot of the Village Court and failed to observe Gregory Bianchi, 54, of Fayette operating a bicycle in the bicycle lane. Thomas collided with Bianchi causing Bianchi to become ejected from his bicycle. The Waterloo Police Department was assisted on scene by North Seneca Ambulance, the Waterloo Volunteer Fire Department, and the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office. Bianchi was transported to Geneva General Hospital for treatment. Thomas was issued a citation for failure to safely pass a bicycle and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on a later date espanolfarmacia.net.
