Waterloo Police Department arrested James A. Middeke III, age 29, of Swift
St, Waterloo, on 5/3/19 on a warrant for Reckless Endangerment 2nd and
Cruelty to Animals. Middeke is accused of harming a dog while inside a
moving vehicle on 5/2/19, and then throwing the dog at the operator of the
vehicle, leading to the vehicle striking another car and then going into a
ditch.
