The Waterloo Police Department reports on January 25th, 2021 at 9:44 PM, officers arrested Tyqwan V Coles, age 18, of Geneva NY. Coles was arrested for Criminal mischief in the 4th degree. The arrest stems from an incident where it is alleged Coles damaged the window of a vehicle in the Village of Waterloo. Coles was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court at a later date.
