Arrests May 30th through June 7th, 2026

The Waterloo Police Department reports that on May 30, 2026, officers arrested Brittany Clink from Seneca Falls, NY. Clink was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, fourth-degree stalking, and tampering with a witness in the fourth degree. These charges arose from an investigation that revealed Clink contacted the protected party in violation of a Class A Order of Protection over 162 times. This is the second time Clink has been arrested for violating the order of protection and stalking by directing a course of conduct toward the victim. Clink also contacted the victim on several occasions and made threats in an attempt to have the victim drop the previous charges. Clink is currently being held at the Seneca County Correctional Facility, awaiting central arraignment.

The Waterloo Police Department reports on June 3rd, 2026 at approximately 4:55 PM Arkel J Williams, age 39, of Geneva, NY was arrested on a bench warrant after he failed to appear in court on the original charges of Menacing in the 2nd degree and Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd degree. Williams was transported to the Waterloo Town Court for arraignment and was released on his own recognizance.

The Waterloo Police Department reports that on June 6th at approximately 08:43 PM, officers arrested 35-year-old Paige E. Lambert from Waterloo, NY. Lambert was taken into custody on a warrant issued by the Town of Waterloo Court for failing to appear in court regarding an original charge of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. She was also charged in relation to a separate incident for 2 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree and one count of criminally using drug paraphernalia in the 2nd degree. This arrest stems from an incident where Lambert was found in possession of a quantity of fentanyl and crack cocaine, along with other drug packaging paraphernalia. She was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await central arraignment

The Waterloo Police Department reports on June 6th, 2026 at approximately 1:00 am Jamie R. Pond, age 42, of Johnstown, PA was arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a BAC of 0.08% or greater. The arrest stems from a traffic stop where it is alleged Pond was observed speeding and the continually following the vehicle in front of him too closely. Investigation revealed he was intoxicated with a BAC of 0.13%. Pond was issued UTT”s for speed in zone, following too close, DWI and DWI of 0.08% or greater, and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court at a later date.
