The Waterloo Police Department reports that on May 18th, 2026, at approximately 1:50 pm, Thomas A. Ingandello, age 39, of Seneca Falls, NY, was arrested after he allegedly sent nude photos of the victim to a group chat that included minors. Ingandello was charged with three counts of Unlawful dissemination or publication of an intimate image, three counts of Disseminating indecent material to minors in the first degree, three counts of Endangering the welfare of a child, and Aggravated Harassment in the second degree. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victims. Ingandello was processed on the charges and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he will be held pending arraignment at CAP Court.
The Waterloo Police Department reports that on May 19th, 2026, at approximately 10:51 am, John S. Smith, age 44, of Waterloo, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree. The arrest stems from an incident that originated in the Village of Waterloo on 04/29/2026, where Smith allegedly borrowed the vehicle and failed to return it upon the owner’s request. He is being held at the Seneca County Correctional Facility pending arraignment at CAP Court.

Smith, age 45, of Waterloo, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree. The arrest stems from an incident that originated in the Village of Waterloo, where Smith allegedly borrowed the victim’s vehicle and failed to return it upon the owner’s request. Smith was transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center to await arraignment.
