The Waterloo Police Department reports, on August 10th at about 7:48 PM, officers arrested Neil T Mcmillen, age 45, of Seneca Falls NY. Mcmillen was arrested on a Bench Warrant issued by the Town of Waterloo Court for failing to appear on the original charge of Criminal Tampering in the 3rd degree. McMillen was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await central arraignment.
The Waterloo Police Department reports, on August 10th, 2024 at about 9:34 PM officers arrested Kevin J Smith, age 58, of Waterloo NY. Smith was charged with Driving while Intoxicated with a BAC of .08% or higher, following a traffic stop for an expired inspection. Smith was found to be operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition. Smith was issued UTT’s and is to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court.
The Waterloo Police Department reports on August 16th, 2024 at approximately 10:42pm Damon Demay, age 30, of Waterloo NY was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08%, unsafe start, and possession of an open container in a motor vehicle. The arrest stems from a traffic stop where it is alleged that Demay was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated after a being stopped for unsafe start and an open container of alcohol was found inside of the vehicle. Demay was released on UTT’s and is to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court. The Waterloo Police Department was assisted by the Seneca Falls Police Department.
The Waterloo Police Department reports on August 18th, 2024 at approximately 10:36 PM, Ethan Matthews Hanville, 20, of Waterloo, NY was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree. The arrest stems from a traffic stop where it is alleged that Hanville was the operator and was found to hold a suspended driver’s license. Hanville is to appear in the Waterloo Town Court.
The Waterloo Police Department reports on August 18th, 2024 at approximately 11:38 PM, Dustin Vandemortel, 23, of Waterloo, NY was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree. The arrest stems from a traffic stop where it is alleged that Vandemortel was the operator and was found to hold a suspended driver’s license. Vandemortel is to appear in the Waterloo Town Court.
The Waterloo Police Department reports on August 18th, 2024 at approximately 1:04 AM, Ashley Swarey, 35, of Seneca Falls NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the third degree. The arrest stems from a domestic incident occurring on August 17th, 2024 where it is alleged that Swarey damaged the windshield of a vehicle causing an estimated $950 in damages. Swarey was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim. The Waterloo Police Department was assisted by the Seneca Falls Police Department and The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
The Waterloo Police Department reports on August 21st, 2024 at approximately 10:24 PM, Kevin Savage, 41, and Denise Savage, 40, of Waterloo NY were both arrested for loud and unnecessary noise prohibited in the Village of Waterloo. The arrest stems from an incident occurring on June 29th, 2024 where it is alleged that both parties continuously made loud, unnecessary, and unusual noise which endangered the comfort, rest, health, peace, and safety of others within the Village of Waterloo. Both were issued appearance tickets and are set to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court.
The Waterloo Police Department reports on August 22nd, 2024 at approximately 10:18 PM, Ryan Chaloux, 20, of Waterloo, NY was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree. The arrest stems from a traffic stop where it is alleged that Chaloux was the operator and was found to hold a suspended driver’s license. Chaloux is to appear in the Waterloo Town Court.
The Waterloo Police Department reports on August 22nd, 2024 at approximately 9:20 PM, Pablo Ortega, 25, of Waterloo, NY was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree and cited for no/insufficient tail lamps. The arrest stems from a traffic stop where it is alleged that Ortega was the operator and was found to hold a suspended non-driver ID card and the vehicle was found to have no illuminated tail lamps. Ortega is to appear in the Waterloo Town Court.
The Waterloo Police Department reports, on September 4, 2024 at about 12:04 PM officers arrested Chelsea S. Arliss, 34, of Savannah, NY. Arliss was arrested on an arrest warrant issued by the Village of Waterloo Court for Violation of Conditional Discharge. Arliss was secured in the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await central arraignment. Waterloo Police Department was assisted by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and the Newark Police Department.
The Waterloo Police Department reports, on September 7th at about 3:00 PM, officers arrested Patrick D. Cronan, age 60, of Seneca Falls NY. Cronan was arrested on a Bench Warrant issued by the Town of Waterloo Court for failing to appear on the original charge of DWAI drugs . Cronan was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await central arraignment. The Waterloo Police Department was assisted by the New York State Police.
