The statewide Stop-DWI High Visibility Engagement Campaign will be conducted every weekend in August. Weekends are is historically a time where drinking and driving is more prevalant and a deadly period for impaired driving. The Waterloo Police Department and other area Law Enforcement agencies will have additional patrols to be highly visible and reduce the incidence of drunk and impaired driving.
