On August 3rd, 2024 at about 5:25pm, officers arrested Karen J. McBroom, age 53, of Waterloo, NY. McBroom was arrested on an arrest warrant issued by the Town of Waterloo Court for Failure to Appear. McBroom was secured in the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await Centralized Arraignment.
On August 5th, 2024 at about 4:16pm, officers arrested Dylan J. Belcher, age 25, of Waterloo, NY, for seven counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and one count of Harassment 2nd degree. The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on August 4th, 2024 where it is alleged that Belcher hit a juvenile with a crutch while in the presence of seven juvenile’s. Belcher was transported to the Seneca County Correctional facility to await Centralized Arraignment. Orders of protection were requested on behalf of the victims.
On August 8th, 2024 at about 5:00am, Mackenzie Harris, age 37, of Buffalo, NY was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation in the 2nd degree and cited for failure to stop at a stop sign and speed in zone. The arrest stems from a traffic stop where it is alleged that Harris was speeding and ran a stop sign. It was also alleged that Harris was found to hold a revoked license. Harris was released on traffic tickets and is to appear in the Waterloo Town Court.
